Luxury wilderness camp Voyages Longitude 131° has been named the "Best Unique Accommodation" at the 2009 Brolga Awards, the Northern Territory's Tourism Awards.
Anna Guillan, Executive General Manager Sales & Marketing, Voyages Hotels & Resorts, said the award is recognition of the unique service and style that guests enjoy at Longitude 131°, as well as the spectacular wilderness of the dual World Heritage listed Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.
"Winning a Brolga is fantastic recognition for Longitude 131˚ and is great acknowledgement of the hard work and outstanding service delivered by the team. Longitude 131˚ is the epitome of unique Australian luxury, and we are tremendously proud of being recognized with a Brolga," said Guillan.
Longitude 131° is now a finalist in the 2009 Qantas Tourism Awards, to be held in Hobart in February next year.
