The Anam Cam Ranh’s fine-dining restaurant The Colonial will serve a seven-course set tasting menu, accompanied by a live pianist, from 7-10pm, Highlights include ‘Satsuma Wagyu A4 tenderloin with multicolour beetroots, butternut squash, XO condiment and caviar’ and ‘Apple terrine with hibiscus ice cream, macaron crumble and caramelised sauce’. TIA Wellness Resort’s Valentine's Day activities invite guests to slow down, be present and connect in meaningful ways from partner yoga to a love language workshop. At the resort’s wellness studio on the 14th & 15th of February guests can take part in a playful partner yoga session from 11-12pm.
