The Royal Thai Air Force Museum is a treasure trove of aviation history, showcasing a vast collection of aircraft, equipment, and uniforms. As you step inside, you'll be taken on a journey through the history of Thai aviation, from the early 1900s to the present day.

- Aircraft Collection: The museum boasts an impressive array of rare aircraft, including:

Museum Layout

The museum is divided into five buildings, each with its own unique theme and exhibits. These include:

  • - Building 1: The Jet Fighter: Showcasing high-caliber aircraft, including the "Baribatra" bomber.
  • - Building 2: Library and Aviation History: A comprehensive library and exhibits on Thai aviation history.
  • - Building 3: Maintenance: A behind-the-scenes look at aircraft maintenance.
  • - Building 4: Aviation Equipment and Tools: Displays of equipment and tools used in aviation.
  • - Building 5: Helicopters: Featuring a range of helicopters, including the Bell 212 royal helicopter

Visiting Information

The Royal Thai Air Force Museum is located on Phahonyothin Road, Don Mueang District, Bangkok, and is easily accessible by public transportation (BTS). Admission is free, although donations are welcome.
